Rodolfo Salinas is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a strong foundation in trauma-informed, evidence-based social work practice. He earned his Master of Social Work from the University of Houston, where he graduated magna cum laude with a specialization in clinical social work. Rodolfo is under the Supervision of Dr. James W. Bailey, PhD, LCSW-S and has professional experience supporting clients navigating substance use, employment instability, and complex life transitions. Rodolfo’s clinical perspective is shaped by his research background in adolescent health, positive childhood experiences, and resilience among minoritized youth. His work has been presented at national and international conferences, addressing trauma, equity, and developmental wellbeing. Experienced training allows him to incorporate a strengths-based, developmental lens into therapy, helping clients make meaning of past experiences while building skills for healthy functioning. He worked with diverse populations, including refugees, adolescents, individuals in recovery, and justice-involved clients. Rodolfo offers therapy in both English and Spanish.
