Dr. Pauline Monsegue-Bailey is an experienced Leader, Executive Professional Coach, Parent Coach, Instructional Coach & Whole Health Coach. Dr. Monsegue-Bailey obtained her education from St. Mary College, the University of Phoenix, and obtained a doctorate in psychology from Walden University. Experience in research and coaching supported the development of a statewide coaching program for novice and experienced coaches. As a coach, I work with clients to achieve optimal performance within the context of their work and life.
