Dr. Pauline Monsegue-Bailey is an experienced Leader, Executive Professional Coach, Parent Coach, Instructional Coach & Whole Health Coach, and counselor. Dr. Monsegue-Bailey obtained her education from St. Mary College, the University of Phoenix, and obtained a doctorate in psychology from Walden University. Authorship and experience in cognitive psychology research, academic assessments, behavioral assessments, and coaching supported the development of a statewide coaching program. I work with clients to achieve optimal performance within their work and life context.
