As the Assistant CEO and Co-Owner of Amplify Plus Therapy & Coaching PLLC, Dr. Pauline Monsegue Bailey, Ph.D, PLPA, ACC, earned PhD in psychology from Walden University, Post-doctoral Cognitive Research Fellow from UTHealth, and Clinical Practicum from Liberty University. As a Post-Doctoral Psychological Associate, I provide evidence-based assessment and intervention under supervision, integrating clinical expertise with the latest psychological research. Many years of experience at UTHealth in cognitive psychology research, behavioral assessment development, academic assessments, and child assessments, and authorship have shaped my comprehensive ability. I received training in CBT, CPT, and Motivational Interviewing. I work with clients to achieve optimal performance within their work and life context.
